What are the different types of asbestos survey?

There are three types of asbestos survey:

Asbestos Sampling & Testing

A site visit undertaken by a qualified surveyor to take samples from any materials of concern.

The samples are tested in an independent UKAS-accredited laboratory and results are issue within 1 week. Fast-track options are available.

Management Survey

​A comprehensive, non-invasive survey of the property to identify the presence, extent and condition of suspected asbestos-containing materials which could be damaged or disturbed during occupancy.

  • Certificate of test results from UKAS-accredited laboratory
  • Detailed risk assessments and recommendations for every positive ACM
  • Comprehensive site plans

Refurbishment/Demolition Survey
